在由多个并行零件生产线和装配线组成的产品生产物流中, 各生产线的瓶颈工序制约了装配节点及其整个生产物流的平衡. 为此, 基于约束理论和JIT(Just In Time)思想, 提出主、次瓶颈的概念及其判别方法和主瓶颈拉动次瓶颈、瓶颈前后拉动生产与平行顺序移动生产相结合的生产策略, 研究了基于负荷率的瓶颈工序负荷控制方法和主瓶颈触发次瓶颈拉式生产的时间控制方法, 使瓶颈工序利用率最大化, 各个零件到达装配节点的同步性得到改善. 算例的SIMIO仿真结果表明, 装配节点的在制品存量大幅度减少, 利用率提高.  相似文献

A triangular lattice model for pattern formation by core-shell particles at fluid interfaces is introduced and studied for the particle to core diameter ratio equal to 3. Repulsion for overlapping shells and attraction at larger distances due to capillary forces are assumed. Ground states and thermodynamic properties are determined analytically and by Monte Carlo simulations for soft outer- and stiffer inner shells, with different decay rates of the interparticle repulsion. We find that thermodynamic properties are qualitatively the same for slow and for fast decay of the repulsive potential, but the ordered phases are stable for temperature ranges, depending strongly on the shape of the repulsive potential. More importantly, there are two types of patterns formed for fixed chemical potential—one for a slow and another one for a fast decay of the repulsion at small distances. In the first case, two different patterns—for example clusters or stripes—occur with the same probability for some range of the chemical potential. For a fixed concentration, an interface is formed between two ordered phases with the closest concentration, and the surface tension takes the same value for all stable interfaces. In the case of degeneracy, a stable interface cannot be formed for one out of four combinations of the coexisting phases, because of a larger surface tension. Our results show that by tuning the architecture of a thick polymeric shell, many different patterns can be obtained for a sufficiently low temperature.  相似文献

利用外加声场促进悬浮在气相中的细颗粒发生相互作用,进而引起颗粒的碰撞和凝并,使得颗粒平均粒径增大、数目浓度降低,是控制细颗粒排放的重要技术途径.为探究驻波声场中单分散细颗粒的相互作用,建立包含曳力、重力、声尾流效应的颗粒相互作用模型,采用四阶经典龙格-库塔算法和二阶隐式亚当斯插值算法对模型进行求解.将数值模拟得到的颗粒声波夹带速度和相互作用过程与相应的解析解和实验结果进行对比,验证模型的准确性.进而研究颗粒初始条件和直径对相互作用特性的影响.结果表明,初始时刻颗粒中心连线越接近声波波动方向、颗粒位置越接近波腹点,颗粒间的声尾流效应就越强,颗粒发生碰撞所需要的时间就越短.研究还发现,颗粒直径对颗粒相互作用的影响取决于初始时刻颗粒中心连线偏离声波波动方向的程度.当偏离较小时,颗粒直径越大,颗粒发生碰撞所需要的时间越短;当偏离很大时,直径较小的颗粒能够发生碰撞,而直径较大的颗粒则无法发生碰撞.  相似文献

In this work, thiocarbohydrazide doped iron nanoparticles as a novel, green, heterogeneous, and inexpensive catalyst is reported. This catalyzed the three components reaction of dialkylacetylenedicarboxylate with aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines to yield the corresponding furan derivatives EtOH. An indispensable part of green chemistry is to be able to recover and reuse catalysts without any notable drop in catalytic activity. The analysis of catalyst and application of that for the synthesis of title compounds in high yields reveal this property. The formation, size of the metal ions present in the material is confirmed by powdered X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).  相似文献

The properties of polymeric materials are dictated not only by their composition but also by their molecular architecture. Here, by employing brush‐first ring‐opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP), norbornene‐terminated poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) macromonomers ( MM‐n , linear architecture), bottlebrush polymers ( Brush‐n , comb architecture), and brush‐arm star polymers ( BASP‐n , star architecture), where n indicates the average degree of polymerization (DP) of PEO, are synthesized. The impact of architecture on the thermal properties and Li+ conductivities for this series of PEO architectures is investigated. Notably, in polymers bearing PEO with the highest degree of polymerization, irrespective of differences in architecture and molecular weight (~100‐fold differences), electrolytes with lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiTFSI) as an Li+ source exhibit normalized ionic conductivities (σn) within only 4.9 times difference (σn = 29.8 × 10?5 S cm?1 for MM‐45 and σn = 6.07 × 10?5 S cm?1 for BASP‐45 ) at a concentration of Li+ r = [Li+]/[EO] = 1/12 at 50 °C. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We incorporate the Boltzmann factors for inter‐monomer bending energy into the monomer growth direction choice in Rosenbluth's algorithm to model chains of arbitrary nearest‐neighbor rigidity. This allows for the consideration of compact (bent state lower in energy), free (straight and bent state equal in energy), or extended chains (bent state higher). We validate against, and compare to, various other results, showing very good agreement with known results for short chains and demonstrate the ability to model chains up to 500 segments long, far beyond the length at which the normal Rosenbluth method becomes unstable for reasonable nonzero bending energies. This approach is easily generalizable both to other energies determinable during chain growth, for example, polymers composed of more than one type of monomer with differing monomer interaction energies, as well as to other chain production algorithms. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The evolution of particle size distribution (PSD) of fine polydisperse particles at high number concentrations (>105 cm−3) was simulated through a combined model employing direct quadrature method of moments (DQMOM) with heat and mass transfer equations. The PSD was assumed to retain log-normal distribution during the heterogeneous condensation process. The model was first verified by exact solution and experimental data prior to investigating the influence of initial conditions on final PSD under an octadecane–nitrogen atmosphere. Low particle number concentrations and high vapor concentrations were beneficial to shift the PSD to larger particles having a narrower distribution. Additionally, vapor depletion has more influence on the final PSD than the heat release parameter for a number concentration of 106 cm−3. This study may assist the design process of a gas–solid separating cyclone, to eliminate dust from high-temperature volatiles by pyrolysis of solid fuels.  相似文献

Efforts to synthesize degradable polymers from renewable resources are deterred by technical and economic challenges; especially, the conversion of natural building blocks into polymerizable monomers is inefficient, requiring multistep synthesis and chromatographic purification. Herein we report a chemoenzymatic process to address these challenges. An enzymatic reaction system was designed that allows for regioselective functional group transformation, efficiently converting glucose into a polymerizable monomer in quantitative yield, thus removing the need for chromatographic purification. With this key success, we further designed a continuous, three-step process, which enabled the synthesis of a sugar polymer, sugar poly(orthoester), directly from glucose in high yield (73 % from glucose). This work may provide a proof-of-concept in developing technically and economically viable approaches to address the many issues associated with current petroleum-based polymers.  相似文献

Controlling the self-assembly morphology of π-conjugated block copolymer is of great interesting. Herein, amphiphilic poly(3-hexylthiophene)-block-poly(phenyl isocyanide)s (P3HT-b-PPI) copolymers composed of π-conjugated P3HT and optically active helical PPI segments were readily prepared. Taking advantage of the crystallizable nature of P3HT and the chirality of the helical PPI segment, crystallization-driven asymmetric self-assembly (CDASA) of the block copolymers lead to the formation of single-handed helical nanofibers with controlled length, narrow dispersity, and well-defined helicity. During the self-assembly process, the chirality of helical PPI was transferred to the supramolecular assemblies, giving the helical assemblies large optical activity. The single-handed helical assemblies of the block copolymers exhibited interesting white-light emission and circularly polarized luminescence (CPL). The handedness and dissymmetric factor of the induced CPL can be finely tuned through the variation on the helicity and length of the helical nanofibers.  相似文献
